Discover Barista Ube – a premium base for preparing purple lattes, made from 100% pure ube. Naturally sweet purple yam gives the powder its beautiful colour and a delicate, subtly sweet flavour. It contains no added sugar, so you can adjust the sweetness exactly to your taste.

One pack makes up to 80 servings.

Simply mix it with your favourite milk and sweeten to taste if desired.

Information

Preparation: Add 3–5 g of Barista Ube to a cup, pour in 100 ml of hot water at approximately 70 °C, and whisk thoroughly. Then add approximately 200 ml of milk. Can be prepared with dairy milk or plant-based alternatives. Delicious served hot or cold over ice.

Ingredients: 100% ube powder (purple yam).

Allergens: Produced in a facility that also processes milk, nuts, soy, gluten and peanuts.
