WHO PROCESSES YOUR DATA?
The company MIA COFFEE s.r.o (Company ID: 22353372 VAT ID: CZ22353372, with registered office at Nám. Dr. E. Beneše 6/7, Liberec 4, 460 01, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem, section C, entry 34354) is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)) the operator of the online store on the website www.miacoffee.cz and the administrator of your personal data, i.e. collects, stores, and uses (and otherwise processes) your personal data for the performance of its business activities – specific purposes for which personal data is processed are further defined below. MIA COFFEE s.r.o. may also entrust processing your personal data to a third party (processor) for a clearly defined purpose and under clearly defined rules (see below, section: Who will have access to the data?)

WHAT PERSONAL DATA DO WE PROCESS ABOUT YOU?
We only process personal data that you provide to us in connection with the use of our services (e.g., in the context of ordering some of our products or subscribing to content newsletters), or when concluding a contract for the use of such services.

WHY DO WE PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA?
The main reason we process your personal data is to manage your user accounts for our services, to provide you with services and products you have shown interest in (including administration and execution of payments in case of an order), and to ensure and continuously increase the security of our services and thus your data.

Your personal data is processed both manually and automatically. MIA COFFEE s.r.o. is entitled to collect, store, and utilize certain information through automated means, e.g., statistical information whenever you visit our websites.
WHO WILL HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR DATA?
Your data is safe with us. We carefully choose our partners to whom we entrust your data and who can provide such technical and organizational security of your data to prevent unauthorized access or other misuse of your data. Protecting your data is our priority. All our partners are bound by confidentiality obligations and must not use the provided data for any other purposes than those for which we made them accessible.
Third parties that may have access to your personal data, depending on the nature of the service you have used or are using, are:

WHAT ARE COOKIES AND WHAT TYPES DO WE USE?
Like almost every website on the planet, MIA COFFEE uses cookies.
