We are Mia Coffee, a family-owned coffee roastery from northern Bohemia. Our passion for coffee is built on three core values: selecting quality coffee beans, precise roasting, and ensuring maximum satisfaction for every customer. These values form the philosophy of our company, which strives for perfection in every coffee that leaves our roastery.
Our commitment to creating things honestly has persisted since 2014, when we established the company. From the very beginning, we have adhered to principles that have helped us create a unique product and gain the trust of our customers.

The company is named after the founder's daughter, who brings a personal and heartfelt element to our business. Mia is a symbol of playfulness and care for us, which are principles that have accompanied us from the very beginning. The new brand visuals emphasize minimalism and playfulness with modern elements reflected in the packaging design and overall presentation.
Mia Coffee roastery is not just a place where we give life to coffee, but also a place where ideas and stories are born, which go hand in hand with your passion for coffee. Every cup of coffee you taste from us carries the diligence and love we put into every step of our work.
We roast using top-notch Probat technology.
At the beginning, we roasted on the Probatone 12 model, which helped us gain a solid foundation in coffee roasting. However, we gradually proceeded to modernize and acquired the Probatone 25 roaster with a capacity of 25 kg per cycle. This step enabled us not only to increase production volume but primarily to maintain the consistent quality that you expect from us.
To ensure that you don't find any stones in the coffee and to protect your grinders, we use destoning technology. Additionally, we monitor and record the quality of each batch using Cropster software, which helps us maintain high standards and adapt to your needs. Thanks to the new roaster, we can roast up to 750 kg of coffee daily, ensuring consistent quality and availability of our products.
