Our specialty coffees always come from current harvests, so it is natural that the offer frequently changes. "Traditional espressos" only include coffees from regions meeting EUDR standards, which guarantee production without deforestation.
The coffee is roasted on a top-of-the-line Probat P25 roaster, which allows us to achieve maximum precision and consistency.
Each coffee is meticulously recorded using roasting software Cropster, through which we can monitor and analyze each roasting profile. This enables us to ensure that each subsequent batch reaches the same quality and continuously improve our processes for perfectly balanced coffee.
