Steep limestone cliffs illuminated by the setting sun, a train quietly hooting between the rocky cliffs and a herd of sheep grazing on green meadows – all of this creates a picturesque scenery of Hlubočepy, a village in the midst of the most beautiful city in the world. This district, located at the threshold of Prokop Valley, where the Prague Semmering railway crosses high arch bridges, is home not only to natural beauty but also to extraordinary stories.
Twenty years ago, two families moved here, their fates intertwined by the friendship of their sons. A shared passion for gastronomy grew into a deep friendship, supported by joint cooking, grilling, tastings, and endless debates about flavors and recipes. It is in this environment, where nature and human stories create a harmonious whole, that memories arise, enriching life.
