Realization
Our bakery is located in Smržovka, in the lower part of the village, and since its founding in 1992, we have been baking with love and respect for tradition. Today, the fifth generation of the Mašek family oversees the production of the highest quality bread and baked goods. Jan Mašek Sr., who founded the company with his father, still actively manages the bakery and ensures that the company continues in the right direction.
Our production is rich and diverse, but the true cornerstone of our offerings is authentic sourdough bread and renowned buttery Christmas buns. We place great emphasis on the proper management of sourdough, which guarantees bread with a natural flavor, crispy crust, and long shelf life. Thanks to the traditional stone steam oven and quality ingredients, we create baked goods that are not only popular in the region but also respect the craft of artisanal baking.
