Realization
Dominik and Ulrika were lucky that their paths crossed at the right time and in the right place. Each of them was searching for something that went far beyond the everyday routine. He had recently completed the renovation of a space in Vinohrady, which was waiting for its future purpose, while she had the energy and passion that she longed to express through food and the joy of creation.
However, they both struggled with their own challenges. Dominik suffers from lactose intolerance, and Ulrika has histamine intolerance. They knew how complicated it was to find a place where one could indulge in quality select coffee, enjoy a delicious dessert, or have a rich brunch.
Their main goal was to create a place where no one had to give up their craving for something good, and where people could meet with friends without having to make compromises. And so a café was born, which is open to all food and coffee lovers, where everyone can find something they can enjoy without worries.
