Coffee
This coffee comes from the Los Naranjos farm, which spans 14 hectares in the fertile canton of the same name. The varieties Bourbon, Pacamara, Geisha, Pacas, and Catimor are grown here in the shade of scattered trees, which support a healthy microclimate. The farm follows the principles of sustainable and regenerative agriculture RENACER and regularly conducts soil analysis to maintain its fertility. The harvest is done manually and selectively to ensure maximum quality of the cherries.
After harvesting, the coffee is processed at the Beneficio San Rafael mill at an altitude of 1,450 m. The cherries are carefully sorted, washed, and dried under strict moisture control. The result is a balanced coffee with a delicate sweetness and a complex flavor profile that reflects the care of local growers and the character of the region.
