The tool that increases the efficiency of every barista. The MOTTA distributor levels the coffee in the portafilter before tamping. The result is a proper extraction without channeling, and your espresso shots are always perfect.

After grinding the coffee into the portafilter basket, place the MOTTA distributor into the basket. Rotate it 2-4 times without pressing down. The shaped head distributes the coffee evenly throughout the basket. After this step, use the tamper as you normally would. Thanks to this simple tool, espresso extractions will be more consistent and even more delicious!
